Most of us tend to over-express one area, while leaving the others underdeveloped. It is important to understand that these resources are universal and available to everyone, regardless of context, culture, structure, and practice. How we connect with ourselves is ultimately how we connect with others. This retreat is structured to develop all four areas with equal emphasis to support optimum health, both individually and collectively, in our family, workplace, and communities.
